Frequently Asked Questions
Camp Rules & Policies
Salt Creek Ranch is a Christian facility committed to providing a safe, respectful, and spiritually focused environment for every guest. All groups are expected to honor the following policies during their stay.
Alcohol & Tobacco-Free Campus
Salt Creek Ranch is a strictly alcohol-free and tobacco/smoking-free campus. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas, parking areas, and surrounding grounds. Any group found in violation may be asked to leave without refund.
Conduct & Respect
All guests are expected to treat fellow campers, staff, and the property with respect. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Group leaders are responsible for the conduct of their participants.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, outdoor activities should cease and noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other groups and neighboring areas. If your group would like to schedule a late night activity, be sure to get approval from the Salt Creek Ranch Camp Director.
Property Care
Groups are responsible for leaving all facilities in the condition they were found. Damage to property will be assessed and billed to the group. Please report any pre-existing damage to staff upon arrival. Groups that consistently damage property will not be allowed to return.
Supervision of Minors
All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We recommend a minimum ratio of one adult for every five youth participants. Group leaders are responsible for ensuring adequate supervision throughout the stay.
Swimming & Water Activities
Swimming is not allowed in the creek. There is a community pool in Ringling that is available for your use. Please contact them directly to schedule a time for your group. The Inflatable Waterslide on campus is available for group use.
